Import the MVI56E-MCM Advanced ladder logic rung:
This rung of ladder must be imported. If one tries to import this as an Add-On Instruction it will fail.
Before importing the rung of ladder verify that the MVI56E-MCM module has been added into the I/O configuration tree in RSLogix 5000, and that you have already imported and configured the AOI56E-MCM rung of ladder.
When importing the rung of ladder, please verify that all tag names are unique.
After importing this rung of ladder it will be necessary to map the communications path for all of the MSG instructions, and to select the correct instance of the MCM Module Def.

Importing icons into the ME application:
Import the jpg files from the Images\Required into your ME application. (If you would like to use the Diagnostic Overview display than you will need to import all of the images in the Images\Optional jpg files.)

Import and modify the MCM parameter file:
It will be necessary to create a new parameter file for each instance of an MVI56E-MCM that exists in your application.
Feel free to modify the name of this parameter file to contain a specific instance of an MCM Module.
After importing the parameter file, do not forget to open, modify, and then save it. (The parameter file is commented to enable easy editing)

Importing the Local Message Display:
Import the MCM Error.loc file into your FactoryTalk View ME Application.

Importing the displays into your FactoryTalk ME project:
Import all of the displays in the Graphics directory.

Create a GoTo navigation button on a display to launch the MVI56E-MCM faceplate, or use the DiagnosticMain display included in the gfx files.
Optionally, you can use the MVI56E-MCM jpg as the image for this GoTo navigation button.
Select the parameter file that you have imported and modified earlier to pass that parameter file when the button is clicked.
